Ed Fletcher's Early Bird Dinner Theatre

Eight O’Clock Theatre
For more than 25 years, Eight O’Clock Theatre has been delivering engaging and compelling performances to area audiences. Originally based in the Largo Community Center, the company relocated in 1996 and now presents its Broadway, off-Broadway and original productions in the Tonne Playhouse at the Largo Cultural Center.

Francis Wilson Playhouse
As the successor to the Clearwater Players organized in 1930, Francis Wilson Playhouse was built in 1936 and continues to flourish today, attracting as many as 14,000 people a year to enjoy shows in the 182-seat theater. The playhouse presents eight main stage productions annually and offers a four-week summer theater workshop for middle school and high school students.

Gorilla Theatre
According to Gorilla Theatre co-founder Aubrey Hampton, “living theater, like the gorilla, is an endangered species,” hence the unusual name. Gorilla’s intimate 76-seat theater came into being in 1993 and has been offering a full season of productions in Tampa since 1998. The theater also offers the Tampa Bay Jazz Club’s Jazz at the Gorilla series.
