History of Belleair Shore:
Founded in 1955, the town of Belleair Shore stretches along one mile of beachfront on a Pinellas barrier island. Made up of 61 properties, it is one of the state’s smallest and thinnest incorporated towns. Located on the west side of the island’s main thoroughfare, Gulf Boulevard, the town is made up of 61 properties and is bordered on the north by Belleair Beach and on the south by Indian Rocks Beach.
