Enjoy the beach!
The city maintains 4,500 feet of white, sandy beach, accessible through four beach accesses and three residents-only beach parking areas. Beachgoers gather daily to watch as the sun sets on the Gulf of Mexico. The city’s Seventh Street Park boat ramp and municipal marina are appealing to area boaters. Morgan Park, Bayside Park and Crossman Park all offer excellent opportunities for picnicking or taking a break. Near City Hall, there are two tennis courts and a basketball court.
What Makes Belleair Beach Special:
Belleair Beach offers a snapshot of what Florida’s barrier islands used to be like. The city’s proud residents have managed to preserve one of the last beach communities in the Tampa Bay area that is strictly residential. With Indian Rocks Beach directly to the south and Clearwater’s Sand Key to the north, residents and visitors may enjoy a wide variety of dining, entertainment and shopping opportunities.
