There is nothing quite like an all you can eat buffet. You pay your flat rate, you are given a plate and then its open season on everything in the place. I've personally been known to eat very little during the day to maximize my dollars on nights I knew I'd be dining all you can eat style.
It's one of those gluttonous experiences that lets you try anything and everything you want, learn what you like and what you don't and of course eat until it hurts a little. The list of all you can eat buffets I've found in Tampa Bay is small right now, but that is intentional. I want to know what your favorite places are to pig out. Located at 5299 East Busch Boulevard in Temple Terrace, Lupton's Restaurant offers an all you can eat buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Breakfast runs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and consists of: bacon, eggs, sausage, home fries, sausage gravy, grits, pancakes, strawberry pancakes, french toast, biscuits, muffins, assorted danishes, hot maple syrup, spiced apples, strawberry syrup and seasonal fruits.
Lunch runs from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Early Bird Dinner goes from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day and dinner is served from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily as well. For lunch and dinner on the buffet line you will find BBQ beef, pork, ribs, chicken, fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, crispy cole slaw, collard greens, mashed potatoes, green beans, salad bar and more.
Saturday and Sunday brunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Brunch combines breakfast and lunch offerings with the addition of steak nuggets, cheese Sauce, tater tots and french toast sticks.
