The Shops at Wiregrass will host a Live Style-Off Fashion Show celebrating Fashion's Night Out on Sept. 6 from 6 - 9 p.m. benefiting Shriners Hospitals for Children. Five finalists from the online style competition will compete in a live style off fashion event in Center Court with a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree and advance to the National Style-Off in New York City.
The first 100 attendees that register at Center Court starting at 5 p.m. will receive a swag bag. Makeup and hair consultants will be available to share tips and tricks of the trade. Retail associates will be on hand to provide fashion expert advice. There will be giveaways, raffle drawings and prizes. Participating shops and restaurants will be having special promotions that will only be valid during Fashion's Night Out.
Radio talent Valerie Morales, 92.5 Maxima FM will start the program at 6 p.m. The judges for the Project Style Off Competition are Catherine Campbell from the Ai Art Institute of Tampa, Jamie Parker with Shriners Hospitals and "I Look Good Today" blog and Katie McGill from Dress for Success of Tampa Bay. Dress for Success, an organization helping women to succeed, will be collecting gently worn business attire, shoes, purses and jewelry.
Audience members will also be invited to enter the "High Heel Competition" to win a gift card sponsored by Jules Burt's High Heel Hike for Autism.
Models wearing the latest fashions available at Black House White Market, Brighton, Dillards, Cache, Chico's and several stores will take on the runway through the night. DJ John Jay, Finest DeeJays, will provide music along with several other musical performers. Photographer Stephanie Peterseim of Shotsee Photography will flash the Red Carpet, Carlyee Starr will unveil her latest fashion creations.
