FDOT To Host Public Workshops On U.S. 19 Improvements

The Florida Department of Transportation will sponsor a series of workshops in New Port Richey and Port Richey related to safety improvements planned for the U.S. 19 corridor.

The workshops will include no formal presentation. Instead, FDOT staff and project team members will answer questions and address concerns. Attendees will be able to review project fact sheets, frequently asked question sheets, and large aerial boards of the project.

Following is a list of planned workshops:

    Area: U.S. 19 from Green Key Road to Ridge Road
    Date: Tuesday, Nov. 18, 4 to 7 p.m.
    Location: Jewish Community Center, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey
    Area: U.S. 19 from State Road 54 to Green Key Road
    Date: Thursday, Nov. 20, 4 to 7 p.m.
    Location: Quality Inn and Suites, 5316 U.S. 19, New Port Richey
    Area: U.S. 19 from Ridge Road to State Road 52
    Date: Tuesday, Dec. 2, 4 to 7 p.m.
    Location: Jewish Community Center, 9841 Scenic Drive, Port Richey
