Shelby Lynne to Perform at Tampa Theatre

As part of the Ruth Eckerd Hall on the Road series, Grammy Award-winning American country music singer Shelby Lynne will perform on Thursday, July 17, 7:30 p.m., at Tampa Theatre, 711 N. Franklin St., Tampa.

Reserved seating ranges from $31 to $40.50.

Recognized with a Grammy in 2001 as Best New Artist, Lynne has continued to build on that success with a string of critically acclaimed albums. Singles include “Gotta Get Back,” “Wall In Your Heart” and “Telephone.”

Lynne blends country, blues, Southern soul, roots rock, jazz and Western swing to form a unique sound. Her most recent release, Just a Little Lovin’, hit stores in January and pays tribute to British blues icon Dusty Springfield.
